Personally 4 Myself…, I DEFINITELY Regressed As I Was Not Able 2 Complete The Bulk Of The Tasks I Had Set Out 2 Do In 2011!!! I Had Some Setbacks On The Professional & Financial Areas That Drifted Into Other Places In My Life Causing Me 2 Drift Off Course…

Professionally I Had Probably My Most Bitter Year In My 30 Years Of Work…, Because When U Feel U’ve Been Treated Un-Justly…, It Takes A Much Bigger Person Than Me 2 Act Like EVERYTHANG Is Aigghhtt!!! I Am Not Good Enuff 2 Do That Yet!!! It Translated Into Me Letting My Boss Know We Would Never B The Same (Feb), Giving His Boss The Courtesy Of Having A Conversation W/Me (March), & Then Blanking Out On Both Of Them (Sept) So That’s How It Shaped Up!!!

I Would Not Let That Affect The Way I Interacted With My Team, My Co-Workers, Or The People I Support!!! I Basically Cut Myself Off From The Mothership Because I Consider Myself 2 B The MJ (Michael Jordan) Of Our Group & Like LeBron James I Can Always Take My Talents Somewhere Else & Compete Equally As Hard!!!

I Wanted Them 2 C The Difference Between AJ That Baller Who Will Elevate His Game 2 Make Everybody Better vs. AJ Just Coming In, Doing What’s Required Of Him, & Bouncing Out The Door Because He’s Not Putting 4^th NE Xtra Effort 2 B That Incredible Dynamic Force He’s Been Over His Amazing 30 Year Career…

Wait Until My Revue February 2012??? Can’t Wait 2 C How That Goes??? I Have Been Civil, Courteous, Yet Forceful, & The Dissenting Voice On The Staff When IT Was Warranted!!! @ No Point Was I Disrespectful Because I Basically Told Them, “When I Do Not Feel U Have MY Best Interest At Heart, I Have Not In The Past, Nor Have I In The Present, & I Don’t C Myself In The Future Not Standing Up 4 Self & Defending Myself As I Close My Ranks Around Me In Order 2 Take Care Of Self!!!”

Financially I Had Some Bigger Goals 2 Achieve & I Couldn’t Quite Close The Deal!!! I Need 2 Re-Finance The Crib 2 Take Advantage Of Super Low Rates… I’ll Lose Equity In My Home…, But When The Pain Of The Recession Cuts Into All Of UR Daily Needs…, U’ve Got 2 Stop The Bleeding Somewhere & This Makes The Most Sense Economically!!! I Was A Couple Things Away From Doing It Around September Of This Year, & Things Changed Up In A Hurry!!!

I Had Plans 4 Bigger Savings That Have Not Materialized…, So I’ll Have 2 Go 2 Plan B (4get That, Right About Now I’m On Plan P) In Order 2 Stay Relevant & Focused On My Long Term Goals… Bottom Line??? It Ain’t EZ…, & I Bring Home A Decent Check…, So I Don’t Know How The Rest O’ Y’all Folks R Doing It W/Smoke & Mirrors!!! DAMN!!!

On A Personal Level I’ve Been Able 2 Re-Connect With Some People I Haven’t Talked 2 In Quite Awhile & That Has Been Very Rewarding 2 Me… Wednesday I Had Lunch W/My Oldest Friend From High School As A Bday Gift 2 Me & It Was Just Wonderful Discussing Our Lives, The Paths We Took, The Choices We Made, & Remarked How We’ve Managed 2 Remain Great Friends All Through That Incredible Roller Coaster Ride!!! That’s Good Living!!!

I Also Had 2 Humble Myself & Apologize 2 A Few People 4 Some Past Transgressions In My Life!!! I Would B Fine & Survive…, But In Order 4 The Entire Healing Process 2 Make A Complete Cycle Blessing Us All, I Had 2 Extend My Own Olive Branch, Shrub, Tree, Forest In Order 2 Keep The Universal Balance Perfect!!! Honestly On The Real??? It Feels Xtremely Good 2 Do So!!! Glad I’ve Had A Chance 2 Mature & Grow… PHEW!!!

My Family Is Doing Well In Spite Of Non-Jobs & Some Health Issues!!! The Health Thang Is Good…, But That Non JOB Thang Is Kicking Much Arse!!! LMAO!!! Our Last Few Gigs In December Have Fallen Through So We’re Sucking Wind In The Gig Department After Taking From Memorial Day To Labor Day Off This Year!!! Our Last Show Was In Teaneck, NJ Dec. 9^th & The Video Clips Are Still In Heavy Rotation With Great Compliments From Everybody Who C’s Them!!!

Now Although In My Eyes 2011 Was Not As Stellar As I Wanted It 2 B…, In Other Eyez From The Outside LQQKIN’ In…, They Know I’ve Had A Pretty Good Year!!! There R Many Who Would Kill 2 Xperience ½ The Ish I Went Through In 2011!!! Itz That Selfish, Egotistical, Always Striving 2 B My Best That Makes Me Feel As If I Did Not Succeed!!!

Believe Me, I Am Proud Of Where I’m Standing On This 12 Month Of 2011!!! I Know That With Just A Few Strong Tweaks Here & There I’ll B Right Back On My Game, On Top Of My Mountain, & On Top O’ Da World 1nce Again!!! I’ve Never Been A World Class Planner, Bcuz I NJoy The Journey So Much Better When I Fly By The Seat Of My Pants & Literally Take Everyday As It Comes!!! (The Sagittarian In Me 4 Shee-Zay!!!)

I Am A Total Fan Of Bdays & I ALWAYS Love Mine’s!!! As We Wind Down The Year 2011…, I’ve Been On A Roller Coaster & Here On My Birthday I Can Reflect A Lil’ Bit!!!

On The Work Side Things Started Off Bad & Got Progressively Worst!!! There Were 3 Main Events..., My Review, The Storm Duty, & The Car Situation That Had Me Getting Evil!!! My Review Set The Tone In February, Prompting A Meeting Between Me, My Boss, & His Boss… Upon Realizing No Resolution Was 4^th Coming I Basically Went Into Now U Get My Minimum Effort Mode Cause U Truly Do Not Understand My Value To Your Organization…

The Storm Duty Peeved Me Off Because It Was Not Explained From An Intellectual Position, It Was Just Thrown Down My Throat Like You Accept It Or Else!!! I Pushed Back, Defied The Order (cause I was on vacation) & Resumed Duties Upon My Return!!! The Car Situation Clearly Could’ve Been Handled Sooooo Much Better By Me…, But With The Preceding 2 Strikes…, There Was No Way I Was Going 2 Play Fair…, So I Blanked Out On Everybody On The Call!!! Oh Well!!!

We Did A Private Gig (longest gig we’ve ever done) 2 Close Off May & Came Back With A Private Gig @ Bethany Church To Get Our Feet Back In The Game… Now We Have A Gig This Friday To Display Our Chops 2 The World & We LQQK FWD 2 It!!! The Break Probably Did Us Some Good…, Now We’ve Got 2 Maximize Our Skills In Order 2 Push FWD In 2012 If JR Doesn’t Take Off & Go Work Things Out In Vegas…

Our Growth Has Flat-Lined As We All Need 2 Dig Deeper In Order 2 Get Better. We’re Really Good @ Picking Great Tunes 2 Cover That We Can Deliver Strongly, Now We Need 2 Work On Some Original Songs 2 Add 2 Our Classic List & Add A Lil’ Stage Show 2 Take Things Up A Notch!!! If We Incorporate Those Things Into Our Tool Kit We’ll B That Much Better & Able To Move Further Along!!!

The Fam-Diggy Has Been Good!!! My Grandson Is Adjusting 2 Catholic School 4 The 1^st Time As A 5^th Grader… He’s Still A Bright, Articulate, Young Man Who Has The Jones Twisted Sense Of Humor!!! Soccer, Drawing, Photography, Video Games, & The PC Seem 2 B His Thing.

I'm Still Relatively Happy, I'm Healthy, & I'm Still That Hopeless Optimistic, Pessimistic, Sarcastic, Romantic, Tuff Love, Fly By The Seat O' My Pants Type Of Guy I've Been Pratically My Whole Adult Life!!! So I Am Good!!! Dinner W/Family & My Bday Twin Was Xcellent!!! Holla Black Jack!!!
